Our Help Desk service allows technical queries to be answered quickly and efficiently by our highly trained and committed technical team.
All emails to our address are immediately directed to the company-wide ServiceDesk system, along with phone calls and issues brought up on site visits. From here, all issues are quickly assigned to one of our friendly support representatives, so that they can be acted upon as efficiently as possible.
Our Help Desk is also configured to receive automated management alerts and system issues such as backup failures. This enables us to proactively keep track of and rectify any problems that might arise, effectively taking the worry out of IT.
