In the majority of instances, support calls can be resolved remotely. Our support service includes the toolsets needed to provide secure connections into your environment, thus enabling remote Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. We have had great success in resolving a very large percentage of technical issues using this method. Where problems cannot be resolved remotely, we will offer the services of a trained, qualified field engineer to assist.
Remote Administration
As well as troubleshooting, we will also take care of all administrative aspects associated with running an efficient IT infrastructure. No task is too small or too large, with procedures from user account creation, to major service and application configurations being taken care of.
System Monitoring
Our remote support service includes proactive monitoring for all critical systems. This is achieved via our automated monitoring systems, which allow us to keep a close track of all system activity, usage and performance statistics.
